Completely remove BeFit Tracker from iPhone or iPad

Delete the BeFit Tracker app and its local data from an iPhone or iPad, with optional steps for iCloud data and device backups.

Deleting BeFit Tracker removes the app and its local container from that iPhone or iPad. If iCloud Sync was enabled, deleting the app alone does not necessarily remove synchronized records from your private iCloud database or from another BeFit Tracker device.

Decide whether this is one-device removal or a complete reset.

For a complete reset, remove BeFit Tracker from every connected iPhone, iPad, and Mac before deleting its iCloud data. Otherwise, a remaining installation can still hold local records and may synchronize them again later.

Choose Delete App. “Remove from Home Screen” and “Offload App” leave the app or its documents in place.

Remove the app and local data

  1. Touch and hold the BeFit Tracker icon on the Home Screen or in App Library.
  2. Tap Remove App.
  3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.

Do not choose Remove from Home Screen; that keeps the app installed. Do not use Offload App in device storage settings; offloading keeps the app’s documents and data for a later reinstall. Apple’s current instructions are available in Delete apps on your iPhone or iPad.

Remove BeFit Tracker from an iCloud device backup

This controls the copy of local app information included with a device backup. It is separate from BeFit Tracker’s CloudKit synchronization data.

  1. Open Settings, tap your name, then tap iCloud.
  2. Tap Storage or Manage Account Storage, then tap Backups.
  3. Select the iPhone or iPad backup.
  4. Find BeFit Tracker in the app list, turn it off, and confirm the option that removes its backup information from iCloud.

Optionally delete synchronized BeFit Tracker data from iCloud

BeFit Tracker synchronizes supported records through the app’s private CloudKit database when iCloud Sync is enabled. To remove that account-level copy, open Settings → your name → iCloud → Storage or Manage Account Storage. If BeFit Tracker appears in the app list, select it and choose the available option to delete its data from iCloud.

Apple can change these labels between system versions. If BeFit Tracker does not appear, confirm that you are using the same Apple Account that was used for synchronization. Apple explains third-party app storage in Keep third-party app data up to date with iCloud.

Apple Health data remains in Apple Health.

BeFit Tracker requests read access to supported Health app records; it does not own those source records. Removing BeFit Tracker does not delete steps, sleep, cycle, or mindfulness information stored by Apple Health or another source.

What remains with Apple

Deleting BeFit Tracker does not erase App Store purchase history or eligible non-consumable entitlements associated with your Apple Account. If you install the app again, StoreKit may still offer restoration of an eligible purchase.
